Instrument Library: Application Form for borrowing an instrument
Agreed Principles:
1. A current list of instruments available can be found HERE.
2. An application to borrow an instrument can be made by an individual or a school or another institution.
3. Music Futures will get back to you as soon as possible and within 30 days.
4. Successful applicants will be advised of the value of the instrument which remains the property of Music Futures Inc.
5. While on loan the instrument will be the responsibility of the borrower and must be covered by their insurance policy. The borrower (or their parent/guardian) will be responsible for any losses incurred.
6. A fee per term will be charged for each instrument borrowed.
7. Instruments must be returned in the same condition as when first borrowed. If repairs are required these are to be
covered by the borrower. Brad Teal of Vanguard Orchestral will assess the instrument on its return.
8. The loan period is 12 months. An extension for longer than this period can be discussed with Music Futures if recommended by the music teacher.
